Dear sir,

we have a land line connection with bsnl kanpur no.2531965 Benajhabar Exchange.

From last 2 months my phone is dead, some times it work but from last 25 days it was dead. We have done many complaint and last complaint No-2 dated 22nd junebut no response till date we have get,

In continuation of this also inform to your DE of Benajhabar Exchange, SDO Mr Dixit & JTO so please look in to the matter as soon as possible. If you are not able to provide good service so please tell so we can proceed to disconct our telephone line.
