TOP-UP OF Rs. 55/-, AMOUNT PAID BUT NOT CHARGED

Dear Sir,

On 29/11 at 1=26 p.m., I have paid Rs. 55/- (Rupees fifty five only) through on line payment i.e. Suvidhaa Kiosk online facility, whereas same amount not credited to my mobile (Mobile no. 09481474465) till date and the said amount is already deducted from Suvidhaa Franchisee through transaction ID:7202847, SP ref ID:10112913113467188048, Service provider name: Euronet. And where as, since from the day one, I made several calls to customer care centre no. 919400024365, did not get proper responce. They even could not registered my complaint regarding.

So, I kindly request you to help me out of this matter.
