Airtel Mobile Phone-Deduction of money without information

Hi,

I am airtel mobile user bearing number:9632678672.my balance got deducted by Rs10 for subscription of Airtel blog which i didn't subscribe at all.

I contacted customer care but they are not taking any action so please refund my money and avoid these type of subscription.
