Very poor response from 1year reagurding our complaint to cancel chat msg

Sir my phone no. 9480087761 is under bsnl karnataka network. from past 1 year i have been loosing rs 30 every month. the reason which i belive was some chat i suscribed is what the bsnl concerned officer says from 1 year. but from beging i have asked them to cancel the service but they have failed to do so. i really dont know how the sevice got activated nor have i used the chat service for which i am charged rs 30.

sir i am a house wife and this 30rs every month means a lot to me. please help me. when i call the bsnl care they dont respond well and speak harshly. its been a year or so and i have been calling them every month.
