Sir/Madam,
this is to bring your kind attention towards the unfair practices by the telecom companies, in this case it is by MTNL (a govt. organization). for past 2 weeks i am receiving a message on my mobile no.(9013726462) from mtnl that they are renewing some service at Rs. 7 for 7 days and by the same time 7 rs. are deducted from my account, this happened twice with me. First time when i contacted the customer care they started making excuses that server is busy, so we can't help you and second time they told me that it will take some time to deactivate the service.
so who is responsible for this menace to the general public, people have a deep faith in govt. companies & organizations and if they started doing such unethical practices then who is going to stop them.
so my humble request to you is to some strict action in this regard.
