BSNL Kerala Circle Trivandrum Billing
Non receipt of telephone bill

Dear Sir,

I am a subscriber BSNL Landline phone connection under Kaniyapuram sub division of the Trivandrum rural. My telephone number is 471 2 618325. I am not receiving telephone bill since 6 month despite my follow up with Thonnakkal post office. Non receipt of bill cause delay in paying the bill in time. Late payment force me to pay penalty. This type of delayed payment settlement are handled by BSNL Pattom office which is more inconvenient. The nearby Post office will not accept payment without telephone bill.
