I'm Dr. Anirban Roy and my BSNL Mobile No. is 9433493857. I've been receiving NEWS BSNL Alerts SMSs @ Rs.30/- p.m. which I want to deactivate immediately. My earlier communication to BSNL Customer Care in this regard did not make any result. Suitable action in the matter will be highly solicited.
