Bsnl kurianoor land line telphone
Not work more than 3 months

I am bsnl land line customer in kerala kurianoor 04692671277, more than 3 months finish now my home land line no is not working, Is reporting bsnl office only that day is working properly.after again same problem.its there have underground cable damage and then that conection now put in overhead line now.i reqest to new underground cable but not providing and i receeving verbaly coment there is no stock in cable.many tme i rase complaint in bsnl 198 also.kindly check the compaint and gve me reply
