BSNL Land line (03214-26629)
BSNL Phone is down for more than two months

Dear Sir,

We have at home our BSNL land line connection of 03214-266629 for nearly ten years. But surprisingly the phone is down from January and even after repeated submission of complains, no measure has been taken.

In fact, some of the BSNL staff has told us that there is permanent damage to the underground wire and the line will never be connected. We could never imagine such an irresponsible comment from a professional service.

In this circumstances, let us know what we should do? I was planning to get BSNL broadband service at my home. But without the land line connection that is not possible.

We have even paid the rent for one year for this line in advance. But there is no formal communication from BSNL to explain the reason for discontinuation of service.

As this is a very old phone number for our family, it is extremely inconvenient for us to manage without this phone.
