My phone no 0120-2651457 is not working since 01-01. Inspite of repeated follow-ups, complants to various senior officials and sms complaints to the GM and AGM of BSNL, UP (West) no one is paying any attention to my problem. As the phone is not working for almost the entire month, why should I pay the monthly rent and taxes for the said month when they will send me the bill in February first week? I think they are indirectly forcing/pursuading me to shift to other service providers and that is the main reason for their declining profit/continuing losses. Can anybody help me?
