Automatic subscription to CRBT service

Hi

I am Lalit from Bangalore India. bearing mobile number 9342415882.

From last 2 months I have been getting sms messages from reliance notifying me that I have been subscribed to CRBT service for 1 day/30 day/10 days etc. and for that money has been deducted accordingly RS. 10/30/10 respectively.

Where as I have never even tried to subscribe for any of the fancy services.

I have been getting these sms messages at night 4 a.m, 5 a.m etc.

I have contacted more than 10 times to the customer care for the same through my mobile last month. First time rs.10 was refunded. But next time RS. 30 was not refunded, and I was assured by the customer care executives and one floor supervisor that, they have already deactivated CRBT service from my mobile, but money was not refunded last month.

Even after all these inconveniences, though I requested and even warned them that in next month it should not again renew the subscription to CRBT service automatically, and also I have asked them to activate the DND service, Today on 29 Jan I got one sms from reliance that my subscription to CRBT service has been renewed for 10 days and RS. 10 was deducted from my account.

So I request to take necessary action against this and refund my money. And also please look for in future I should not face these unwanted problems.
