Landline 05274-278606 is dead fr one yea

My landline phone is dead from one year, before some time i have complained then for one day phone is running and after one day remain dead

i have contacted with near by official but there is no response

as per my knowledge in my phone there is no technicality in repairing only at two three place cable are not in good condition cable wire are misplaced and phone is not running.

please take immediate action for resolving the problem at higher level, I WILL BE OBLIGED TO YOU ALL. I HOPE YOU WILL TAKE IMMEDIATE MEASURE STEPS FOR RESOLVE THE PROBLEM
