Dear Sir,
My father has been using the landline for Ph. No:040-27133299 with Broad Band. Now for the connection the past 3 ths billing for Broadband alone has gone up very extensively upto Rs.8, 900/-Wehre the Broad band bill alone is around Rs.5000/- whereas i.e not used.
I personally feel as it has the option WiFi, some other people would have used. Now when I raised the objection, the BSNL officer told it had to be secured while installing (wifi )& has suggested for unlimited option. Now, this is the mistake of BSNL that they have not secured the network a. As a lay man I will not know all these things .the BSNL engineer had to do it initially. Even the BSNL officer has told that, if required the engineer will secure. Now tell me why should I paythe additional bill for no fault of mine but hte negligence of BSNL.
The billing plan for Broad Band is Rs.500, where night is free & 2.5 GB free Download.
So kindly provide a solution.
