Its now more than a month and till now no connection has given. When I enquired in the Halasuru exchange they informed with in one week I will be getting the connection. Now again its more than 15 days. How can I get both the landline & broadband installed in my home? Whom should I escalate this matter so that I can get a faster resolution?
