I HAD APPLIED FOR SHIFTING OF MY LANDLINE AND BAROADBAND CONNECTION ON 3RD JULY AT FATEHGANJ OFFICE OF BSNL IN VADODARA AND TILL DATE THE CONNECTION HAS NOT BEEN SHIFTED DESPITE SEVERAL FOLLOW UPS. ITS SEEMS BSNL PEOPLE ARE LEAST INTERESTED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL AS REVENUES TO BSNL.
MY CONNECTION WA TO BE SHIFTED FROM NIZAMPURA EXCHANGE TO CHANAKYAPURI EXCHANGE DUE TO CHANGE OF ADRESS.
MY OLD LANDLINE NO. WAS 2771873 WHICH WAS APPLIED FOR SHIFTING.
THIS SHOWS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A PUBLIC AND A PRIVATE SERVICE PROVIDER.WHICH WILL LEAD ME TO SHIFT TO A PRVATE SERVICE PROVIDER.
