Legal threat what they impose on customers even if we are right

I had got 2 yr advance rental plan postpaid plan on no.9810323958

we had requested for its disconnection 1 month before the period was suppose to end

for 1 month they pass the buck, by saying that our head/senior will call u for confirmation and their was no action for the another 2 months (in b/w we called 40-50 times either they hangout for long on phone or say we will call u soon)

they renewed our plan by themself, and started adding late payment charges

when we complaint why they are doing so?

they said we had talked to someone at your home and he had agreed to the plan offered by us (see how sticky they are)

On our complaining again and again that why you are adding from your side that we had requested for renewing the plan, they said no its not possible you had requested for that

we cant do any help regarding that, they send a legal notice, my father being a service people dont want to indulge in all this so paid an amt of 600 approx.so that matter ends

after 7 months there advocate called and send you are suppose to give 1000 rs to airtel we asked why they said we had issued a legal order and if we dont pay by today we will have to pay its 4 times in court, we were forced to give that to because they declared deadline by today even though no notice was recieved by us but due to pressur at work at that time, my father had given that amt
