Dear Mr A.P. Bhatt & Mr. H.P. Nagaralkar,

My wife had personally given a request for disconnecting the landline connection on date19/06 at BSNL office and the request was received the same day. We surrendered the handset at BSNL office, Gandhinagar on dtd 21/07 . But still we are receiving phone bills with Monthly rentals charged. I have till date not received any information from the dept on this.

We are not paying the bills after 19/06, and help me in reimburse the deposit amount completely.
