Land phone & Broadband (033-25353944) was is not working continuously and properly

I am customer of bsnl. I have a land phone and broadband connection. my land phone no "033-25353944". Land phone and broadband is not working continuously and properly since six months.when electricity goes off and goes on then land phone OUT OF ORDER and also problem of Broadband link. I think battery support is not available on due time, when electricity goes off and goes on. In this connection total area is effected for that problem.
