REPAIR OF LANDLINE CONNECTION

I have complaint to bsnl office regarding the repair of our landline phone connection, telephone no.0674-2725263 in bhubaneswar. but they are not responding to the complain and our landline is out of work for the last two months as we are paying the monthly bill every month without using the phone, we are not getting the value... kindly do somthing..
