Wrongly paid bill

I had paid my landline Bill (NO 0353- 2643993) bill in your canning street office but, the counter person taken the bill instead of my landline to another connection No: 88703459 Bill No: 33198 U 0064918 exchange code CBSH 273574 dt 29/01 and the amount was Rs.529/- but my bill no was 88703459 consumer No : 1072870 Telephone No: ASP 2643993 for Rs.532/-.The amount have not credited to my account, I have repeteadly ask to your AO office but they denied to do anything. I shall be glad if you kindly refund my amount which your office has taken wrongly.
