Bsnl landline bill rebate
No rebate has been offered as per promise

From 28 May till 28 July my landline no-2729540 remained cut-off due to GVMC road work and cutting of cable. On contacting the concerned DEE and down yhe line SDO and JE all promised me for providing rebate for that period but so far nothing has been rebated. Truely represents India "Hopeless"
