My landline 080-28543969 has been dead for close to 12 days. I had complained to the BSNL call center, to the automated complaint system and had personally visited/called to the brookefields exchange to send somebody to fix the problem but in vain. Had called the SDE Mr. Ramaguntam a couple of times and everytime he assures that the problem will be looked into immediately which doesnt happen. Need help to understand what else needs to be done to get this issue addressed.
