This is very pathetic situation, that we cannot expect from such a big customer caring company like tata. I have tata indicom broadband connection, and the same have been taken to work as remote for official purpose.
Now It has been 4 days, there is no broadband service to BTM Layout, Bangalore area. I already logged a ticket for this, and daily inquiring about the ticket, and I used to get same answer every day that " It will be ready by another one hour sir ", and now somany one hours over and till this time there is no way to hope its going to come.
Concern people are not picking up their cell phone, and now I am in trouble, since this is effecting my official work. Tataindicom has taken three months amount in advance, and now they don't have any issue because money is already paid.
This is such a bad situation I ever faced.
