This is regarding my non-receipt of Bills from Tata Indicom. We have not received bills for at least 6 months form Tata Indicom. I have also given my email ID so that these people can send me a soft-copy. They have not bothered to do anything but simply say that the bill is dispatched.
Is it not the duty of the company to trace out why the bill has not reached? I have filed at least 10 to 15 complaints. Everytime I had to repeat my address, e mail etc... Is this the service offered by Tata...
What is the customer care department doing???
