Please help,

BSNL takes 3-4 days for repair of fault and after each repair within 12 hours the phone (731-2620969) gets again dead; again registration via 198 again 3-4 days wait

this is continuing since three months, phone is almost dead for nearly 20 days a month no use of its service complete waist of money.

Officers blame others for this.

Now i thinks i should ask for refund of my service that i could not use for almost more than of a month.
