I have one cordless Panasonic model "KX-TC1222JXB telephone".
The Agency is: Alesayi electronics
The fault: no link between the cordless and the base.
I bought it before eleven months from authorized dealer in Dammam Saudi Arabia (31 Dec) and the warranty card telling one year. I went to Panasonic agency in Saudi Arabia Kubar City and they told me this warranty is old and the dealer should give you a new one with six months only.
I asked them to repair it in charge basis and they told me the delivery of spare parts 45 days “From Japan”.
They don’t have spare parts in there maintenance centre in Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.
