I have applied for disconnection of my landline no. 01586 - 223147 in december first week and i was assured by the exchange staff that every formality is over and i will receive the refund in maximum a month's time. but almost 3 months are over now but still the refund is due to be received. furthermore to add to our problems BSNL is sending us bills for current months also when we dont have the telephone services. i have already returned the equipments also. I request the BSNL staff to kindly look into the matter and refund the deposit money taken from us.
