Non Responsive Staff Non Functional Landline

Sir/Madam,

My BSNL Landline phone number: 0361-2234868 has not been functional for the past 5 months. I have lodged several complaints at the number 198. After much delays and repeated requests to the SDO Punjabari (Phone number: 9435599257) the dial tone had come but the phone was still cross connected with my neighbour. The most recent complaint was on 24 Feburary. For 3 months no action has been taken for the same inspite of repeated requests to the SDO Punjabari over phone and personally as well. It has come to the extent that the phone-calls are no more being answered by him. For three months we are just paying the bill for a dead landline phone and facing such harassment by the concerned authorities. We have called on the BSNL helpline number and have been given some other numbers which are never answered. We have tried to contact the Area Manager who is on leave most of the time. The Divisional Engineer (03612224691) is unavailable whenever we call. We are sick and tired of the harassment and waste of precious time and money.

Kindly, look into the matter and do the needful. I hope this forum is not just for records.
