Connectivity problem

Dear Sir,

My land line telephone no. 0141-2405072 at Jaipur is dead/ not working properly from 05 May. I made complaints several times. Complaint number 7110852 has been registered.

Repeated reminders have been given to your Customer Service Officers but no proper action has been taken, we have not getting any favourable response from BSNL. This is really pathetic.

So, kindly make it in working condition immediately, IT IS IMPORTANT AND URGENT.
