I am using the land line of BSNL for the last 10years but i am very much dissatisfied with your service. My number is 0431 - 2655372 (My address is V.Kaliaperumal, 1/174 Sirugudi, Omandur (po) Trichy - 621006. ) i am just bokking the complaints for the last One year, daily the service man is coming to my home and doing something and within six hours i am receiving the same complaint i cant even tolrate if this problem persist i will surrender the landline within 10days,
and i also very sure the bsnl should bear the rent for my landline for this month else i will complaint to the authority i am very sure i am highly dissatisfied with your service
