I buy a new nokia5230 handset. For that day phone has some problem. Headset not taken.and body heating.battery suddenly charge lost. I am gaving phone to nokia care in cochi.they sent the phone to delhi also battery.after 8 days they will inform me phone is come. Come and take it. Am told is the complaint is over. They told me every thing is ok. When i am saw the phone inside the display there is a scratch.and side of body shaking and always phone goving power off automaticaly and re start. And most problem is they gave me another serial numbr batter.when i am asking they told me after 5 days it will come. U go and we will call u and come we solver ur display complaint that day.now Am wating for again 8 days they not inform me. i thing the battery is lost. Thats y they gave another battery. Am TOTALY SHAME on u nokia.irresponsible idiot. Plz solve my complaint or replace the phone
