I have BSNL landline plus internet installed in my house since 1999 . bearing number 040-24036835. we have UL 399 plan 1GB internet plan. Since nov 7th The phone remains dead with no dialer tone however the internet works fine. We lodged the complaint bearing 12381495162 loged on the said date. Instead of rectifying or solving the problem they r publicly saying their inability citing underground cable defect in our area and obstructed by some political interested. They claim 300 Plus cases are pending and asking us to change to change tariff plan and use the partial internet services. I 've decided to surrender over waiting for two months before putting my anguish in this website Whereas I want full fledge services as earlier used to be. They even are telling that it cant be quoted in a timeframe when it will be restored to the full services Please help me resolve the issue
