Not getting Original Bill copy from last 5-6 month

I am Sanjay K. Kale. My landline phone no. is 02502332529. I shifted my land line to new postal address, but since last 4-5 months I am not getting my original telephone bill at all.

When i did enquiry at telphone exchange we have been told that it is not our problem, it is duty of dept. who does the distribution of bills, & every month we are taking duplicate copy of bill & paying it but sir for any document address submission they require original copy of telephone bill which i have not got till date.

Kindly look into the matter & do the needful at your earliest. My address is A203, Bhushan Apartment, Om Nagar, Ambadi Road, Vasai (w)
