BSNL Landline
CONNECTION NOT GIVEN - SIX MONTHS OVER

I have applied for a new land line telephone connection with internet facility on 17 Sep 2010 vide DN No 0000140883, Cust ID - 1011040491. There is a requireent of around 500 mtr cabling to my residency. Inspite of repeated enquiry with BSNL office at Palan Vihar, there is no progress on the request. Every time they say will do within one month.

Already lapsed 06 months, I don't know when the cabling work starts and when I got the conection.
