I belong to GUWAHATI, ASSAM and have a prepaid connection from reliance India mobile. Recently I have been facing problems regarding unnecessary balances deduction from my prepaid account. Not just once but several times my balance got reduced that too without making any call or sending messages. Inspite of making several complaints to the customer service executives, my money has not been refunded. This way, Reliance is cheating and harassing me. Moreover, the manner and conduct of the customer service executives of the company have been improper and not at all cooperative. Every one of them sites different reasons for the balance deduction which makes it crystal clear that they do not have any genuine reason for the problem. I 'was' a loyal customer of reliance but it has failed to retain me as loyal. This incident has highly disappointed me.
