I, Mr. Umesh. P.Kamat, am a resident of Prathamesh Colony, Vidyanagar, Karad. My landline number is (02164) 271042. It has been more than a month that our landline has got diconnected despite of payment of bills on right time and often complaints to the BSNL telephone exchange.
