espected Sir,

I am Samrat Mukherjee. I would like to inform that I have complaint for

a bsnl landline connection in kharar Exchange area on 10.04.2011. But I am very unfortunate that still now kharar exachange no action. In this couse we have suffaring still 1.5 month. Here Exchange Head mr. barman has ruf atitude they told i dont know anything's.

So, i request you that take necessary action very urgent
