Our telephone (phone no. 25468689) remains dead for 10/15 days at a
stretch in each & every month. This phone is in the name of my mother. Every month we receive the bill in time & in every bill BSNL charges the call charges, though it remains dead for most of the times.
Recently post it was dead I have lodged a copmlaint on the first week of May, but
till date the matter has not yet been resolved & as usual I have received the bill.
I doubt on your billed amount too. It has been noticied that, in each &
every bill they are charging the call charges - my doubt is on that only
. So please do an enquiry on this too.
I have written an email to them, to get the matter resolved, but till there is no output on that.
Post receiving my email, they have written me a mail, stating that the matter will get resolved asap, but they have not act according to that. Alos the phone nos they have mentioned in their email for me to contact (Phone – 25558191, 25547373, 25548383, 25559191, 25552234) in their email dated May 21 is not at all responding at all (couple of them are kept on ringing & the rest nos are invalid)...
I am quite surprised with BSNL services & their attitude...
I do not understand, how their employees are serving in the industry??
Still my phone no. 25468689 is dead, post several followups.
Do you think that we have to give up our daily jobs & will have to chase at their offices & 'scream' on them to the job done??? But, I cannot do that, for that reason I have to take the help of proper forum.
I also principally decided that not to pay the current bill amount untill the matter is not getting sorted out.
