We had taken landline telephone connection - 255220 before two years. since then our landline had worked hardly for six to eight months. we had complained this to concerend office but only one reply - work is going on but till date nothing has been done my phone is dead since last one months. all our complaints has fallen on deaf ears.
we had also given application for waiver of fixed monthly charges but all waste. we have been paying bills regularly without receiving service from bsnl.
