Failure to land line bill payment

I am the subscrider of land phone no: JRD 03678-245628.

But, I am unble to complete the payment of my BSNL land phone by using SBI internet facilities on 23.09.2011.The Transaction ID: TX2309115123829

BILL NO: 49479129.

CIRCLE: AS-ASSAM.

SSA NGG.

AMOUNT = Rs 590.00.

Further, I am unable to avail internet facilities since last few days, where as land line coneection are there.please intervene into the matter and do needful from your end.
