Poor: Airtel Customer Service Enterprise

This is the level of service from Airtel that too from their so called enterprise. My phone has not been working for 20 days and they are just informing me that it is moved from one plan to another. It seems they don't have the responsibility beyond that.

PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

I have put together the communication I had with their enterprise service, my name and number hidden!!

I thought of giving you one more opportunity to make Airtel understand

the issue, otherwise I will have no option but to put below

communication where ever possible to let everyone know about Airtel

customer care. Apart from below communication, I have also called few

numbers as well to resolve the issue.

Please let me know if you guys understand the issue now. If not,

kindly let me know the procedure to move to other service provider.

it is quite obvious that I came to you guys after I did not get any

response from 121. 121 had already provided me the information what

you guys are giving now but what next.

Have you gone through the mails and responses I got from 121 before

responding to my mail? If yes, can you sumarize that and than give

your response.

I guess it is perfect case to showcare great service from Airtel.

The customer care guys have failed to give satisfactory response,

moreover now they have not even bothered to respond to my mail.

I was under the impression that Airtel gives lots of focus on service

level. Is this your service level.
