My landline no. 033-2381 3456, is out of order since September 21. Inspite of lodging the complaint on the same day (Complaint No.:I-9667) and meeting several responsible officers, the line is yet to be restored, causing immense problem.
Please look into the matter, so that it is solved immediately.
