I have applied for a landline connection for Broad band service at my home. On august last I got connection for two days without broadband facility. During that period no outgoing call was made. And On my application I have requested to cut outgoing facility of the phone as I wanted the connection only for Broadband facility.
Again on 25th Nov it was connected again and on 26th Nov I got the broadband facility.
To my utter surprise I have received a Telephone bill for Rs 801//=for a period where no telephone service was available at my home.
This is a highly irregular process from a organization like BSNL.
