I had written the following mail to the Airtel nodal officer and the customer care mail ID, mentioning the nature of my complaint.
Hello,
My name is Akash Shrivastava, I had made a recharge of Rs.998 in the month of Jan-Feb, As per the scheme provided in the airtel office, I am supposed to have a 2GB limit download, and an Overall of 25GB download valid for one year. I first faced the problem with this scheme in the month of May, that I hadn't received my 2GB monthly refill and also my available balance got CUT. Since then I have lost more than 2000rs due to this error.
I have contacted the local office of airtel in Manipal, And all that I am told everyday is to come the next day and present my case, I have also come across many such Airtel users facing the same problem, with no action being taken.
I request you to process my request and rectify this problem at the earliest. I have grown extremely intolerable to such disgraceful service. I have never heard problems of this nature from any other user of other service providers.

I have not yet received and follow up to my mail written a month ago, I am going to file a complaint against Airtel karnakata, in the National consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) because of no response or consent towards the customer and no regard to provide a healthy service and incentive made to correct the customers problem. I am extremely disappointed in your service and will most sincerely urge everyone not get an Airtel connection.
