Telephone not working properly

My bsnl land line telephone no 0522-2443719 is not working properly for the last one month ihave registered a complaint with bsnlcomp no 1006582045 ihave also communicated to area sdo mr lotan yadav mobile no 9415335941 but my complaint has not been redressed. ON INCOMING CALL MY TELEPHONE BELL DOES NOT RING, IN ABSENCE OF RING IAM UNABLE TO RECIEVE CALL. PL HELP;
