This is one of the most irresponsible service Provider in the universe that I have come across. I am a Tata Indicom land line Coustomer. My Plan was 180/- per month which includes caller ID. But my every month bill that I get from Tata INdicom is not less than 450/-. Frankly Saying we use it rarely, since every one in our residence got mobile. More over I have faxed them my cancellation on 10/09, but still no action is taken...
