Poor service!

I had taken a connection in june this year. In september they barred all calls to and from that number saying that the ID proof was not submitted. Then they said that to submit it to a airtel shop and the problem will be solved within two working hours. 2 days have past since i submitted it to airtel office at kottatyam. Till now no response and still the calls are barred. These SOBs have been registering complains. They registered it 5 or 6 times till now and every time they say that it will be activated within two hours.
