I have a landline connection since March. Since it's inception i didn't get any bill and i have been paying bill by enquiring from bsnl office. Many a time i have lodged complaint in this regard but no adequate step has been taken and everytime i am bound to face diificult situations. Therefore i request finally you to look into the matter otherwise i have to take any legal step in this regard. The duplicate landline bill may be sent to my E-Mail ID i.e [email protected]
