Phone dead since 12 days no action from BSNL

My BSNL Landline (0712 - 2576911) is out of order since last 12 days a complaint was registered witht he BSNL self care portal on 23rd June with complaint ID 1006798300 from bsnl portal subsequently i have contacted BSNL KATOL Road Nagpur exchange customer care No. 0712-2581500 I spoke to the JTO Mr. Yadav. and informed him about the problem. He said he is helpless and try to look into the problem as the line man is on leave, i contacted the line man and came to know that he is a lone lineman and cannot do the work of the climbing on the post and checking the DP together. BSNL collects rent from me for this period for which my phone line is faulty and the fault is not detected due the the silly and fancy reasons stating the non availability of a line man... request to look into the matter
