My BSNL landline phone no. 9144 - 26426853 is dead several times in past one year and dead for past three days. I have made complaint via BSNL website and compaint reference no. is 55538996 dated 17/11. Request BSNL to ensure that phone works properly as I am using the same connection for past 20 years and would not want to change the service provider due to lack of proper service from BSNL.
